To enhance the Tesla ownership experience. Vision and Goal of the TOCA: The Tesla Owners Club of Alberta (TOCA) exists to enhance the Tesla ownership experience.  We do this by hosting public and social events, offering support, resources, and sharing knowledge.  Sanctioned members benefit from a closer connection with Tesla and other Owners Clubs worldwide.
